Q In this part of the group project, you will collect primary data that will hopefully provide some insight into the target market that you selected. Step 1: Create a survey Create a survey with a minimum of 10 questions, not including demographic questions you may put at the end. Remember to avoid yes/no questions, and use questions styled after examples provided within the lesson. These questions should be crafted to learn more about these individuals’ attitudes, behaviors, and desires. You will want to do this part early in the week to give the respondents time to complete the survey. This is very important. Step 2: Survey distribution Using a survey publishing software of your choosing such as Google forms, Survey Monkey, or Qualtrics, publish your survey on the web, and recruit at least 10-15 respondents within your target market to complete the survey. Step 3: Analysis Analyze the results once the survey is completed and discuss the implications. You do not need to use advanced statistics but may simply use basic descriptive such as mean median mode or provide simple frequencies of answers. Be sure to discuss with your group in detail what these findings mean for the future of your marketing plan. Step 4: Submission 1. 1. A document with your survey questions 2. A written summary of the results (expressed in frequencies or percentages) 3. An explanation of what those results mean and how they impact your marketing plan Rubric Consumer Research Consumer Research Criteria Ratings Pts This criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeSurvey 7 pts Full Marks Survey contains 10 or more questions that are well-written and are crafted to identify attitudes, behaviors, and desires.
